What to Expect
Each day, the focus is on learning and executing new skills in the kitchen.
Mornings cover basic theory, followed by food preparation for the class and other campers in the museum. No need to pack a lunch.
In the afternoons, there will be a review of safety skills. Then campers will either prepare dinner for four for their families or a selection of baked goods to take home.
